Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what this website and the products listed on it collect, why, and who we share it with. DigitalwithVineeth is a sole proprietorship run by Vineeth Nair. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
Everything below covers this website and Vantage.
When you visit this website
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count page visits, so we can see which pages get read and which do not. It sets a cookie in your browser and records things like the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you use. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. If you are visiting from Europe, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is stored until you say yes. We ask once with a small banner, we remember your answer, and until you answer, Google receives only a basic cookieless signal that a page was viewed. Everywhere else, if you would rather not be counted, your browser settings let you block cookies.
- The contact form. If you write to us through the form on the homepage, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We keep your name and email so we can reply and so we know who has written in, and your message reaches us by email.
- The sample report request. If you ask to see the Vantage sample report, we keep your email address so we can send you the sample and follow up about Vantage.
- The newsletter. The newsletter runs on Substack. The Subscribe button takes you to Substack, and signing up happens there rather than here, so Substack handles your email address under its own privacy policy.
What Vantage collects
- Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you your sign-in link and a note when your report is ready.
- The website addresses and market you submit for analysis. This is the input to your report.
- Your payment status from Razorpay, so we know a purchase went through and can add the analyses to your account balance.
- Your IP address, which we use to keep the free analysis fair and to limit abuse.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. When you pay, you pay through Razorpay, and Razorpay handles that payment data. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
How we use your data
- To produce your report from the websites and market you submit.
- To send you the sign-in link and the run-completion email.
- To prevent abuse of the free analysis.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How your data is processed to build a report
To build a report, the websites and market you submit are processed by our proprietary research engine: a blend of carefully selected AI models and market-data sources that read, cross-check, and score the public evidence about the brands you name. We do not publish the exact recipe, because the blend is our edge. What we can promise is simple: your inputs are used to build your report, and for nothing else.
Your reports are created by AI. Read them with your own judgement, the same way you would read the work of a very fast, very well-read analyst.
Where your data is stored
- Your account and your report data are stored in a secure managed database, which also powers sign-in. We keep your report data so you can come back and revisit it later, and continue the chat on it.
- The app runs on managed cloud hosting.
- Sign-in and run-completion emails are delivered through a transactional email service.
The other parties involved
To be complete, here are the categories of third parties that touch your data and why:
- A secure database and sign-in provider, for your account and reports.
- Razorpay, for payments. We never see your card details.
- A cloud hosting provider, for running the app.
- A transactional email provider, for delivering sign-in links, run-ready emails, the sample report, and messages sent through the contact form.
- The AI-model and market-data providers inside our research engine, for producing your report.
- Google Analytics, for counting page visits on this website.
- Substack, if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter there.
Every provider we use is an established, security-conscious service. If you have a specific compliance question, write to us and we will answer it directly.
Deleting your data
If you want your account and its data deleted, write to support@atvantage.app from the email address on your account, and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
